Are you interested in joining our new Parent Forum at Fingringhoe? This is a a collaborative group of elected parent representatives who working directly with the school’s leadership team to strengthen communication and support continuous improvement.

Secondary School Applications

Applications for secondary school places can be made until 31st October 2026. When allocating places, the local authority will take into account parental choice, as well as proximity from the pupil’s home address to the school being applied for. The link to Essex County Council admissions can be found here.

Pupils who attend Fingringhoe have a wide range of options available. Past students have gone on to continue their secondary education at: The Gilberd School, Colchester County High School, Colchester Academy, The Thomas Lord Audley School, St Benedicts Catholic College, The Stanway School and Ipswich High School.
